Soft attachments continue to replace stainless steel shackles and padeyes where weight savings 
is the primary objective. These days we’re expanding options to better match rigging objective 
and the load demand. There’s a lot more available today than the now traditional soft shackle or 
loop along. Check out all our soft attach rigging options on page 86. And note that on each page 
of blocks with soft-attach heads, you’ll also see a small suggestion for a textile alternative to rig it.
